APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Bremerton

My husband & I lived at Insignia Apartment Homes for 3 years (since they opened). We recently moved & we definitely miss it. The overall experience was amazing, from how they treated us to how quickly they responded to any maintenance issues we had (not many).The maintenance team is very professional (especially the OG, I forgot his name). Staff was always willing to help & friendly. The only reason I won't give 5 star is simply because that hot tub has been out of service for sooooooo looooooong! Like within the first year.. Haha... it would've be nice if I actually got a chance to use it as that was one of the reasons for us choosing there. I commend them on how they dealt with the pandemic. I hope the next person that moves into E-302 has a great experience like we did and continues to fill that apartment with love & awesome memories. Great team & great environment.

I was a resident here for a short amount of time, but it was a great experience. The homes are just as nice as the pictures and it was bittersweet moving away. The maintenance team is wonderful and the property stays immaculate daily. Thank you Insignia Team for your hard work.

Great place

We've been here about two months now. My partner and I have received incredible service and welcoming from Insignia. Verna is a great property manager/representative. She has been there for every question and with much support. I am thankful for such a comforting, new, and modern apartment being so far away from home (Chicago native). So thankful for Insignia!

I love this place we just came back stateside from living in Japan and they made the process so easy we were able to reserve an apartment through the phone and they were so accommodating! We’ve been here since November and LOVE IT!
