The leasing office is great at communication. Everyone here is so sweet! The gentleman who does maintenance is very kind and he comes in such a timely manner. All great staff. I definitely chose the right apartments to live in when I moved here :) I love the look of it and the stay has been lovely. Parking is a bit of a pain here but it’s not unbearable.

Maintenance came and fixed our electrical problem with ease. Very nice & professional!!

Love how beautiful our apartment is! Very spacious for a reasonable price (1BD 1BA $1340/month). Parking is very tight though which can be tough. I pay for covered parking because of that! Overall though, the experience is great and you should definitely consider living here if you work at the shipyard!

My husband and I sold our home and needed to find very short term housing while looking for another home to purchase. Insignia had by far the most helpful and professional staff of any apartments in the Kitsap County area. Most apartments that offered a 6 month lease didn't have any short term units available. Insignia had leases for 3, 4, 5, and 6 months. I haven't rented in 20 years and wasn't looking forward to the experience. Amanda was very patient and helpful. The apartment was clean and the complex is well maintained. The tenants are respectful and quiet.
